[mbsspn002] Javier Bilbao – Prolet (re-release)

I received this Album as a demo in the early period of Mobius Spin when I hadn´t even released anything else and was still building on the site and also finishing my own album. Javier told me he was right now working on a new one and asked me to tell him my impression. After I had heard it 4 times on repeat I wrote him back instantly and we came to the idea to put this out as well, though it was already released on his own site as before.
Javier is a professional photographer, originally from Spain, residing in Bulgaria.
What I find most remarkable about the music is only revealed if you also take his photography in account – the sound to me stands as something beautiful, oscillating between visible and invisible, almost immobile, like a stillframe, a moment taken out of the contextual world and alive now on its own.
I´m curious for his new album, coming by early fall 2014!
